Admission Procedure at SATTVA Academy
For the academic year (2025-26), SATTVA offers admissions from Nursery to Grade VIII, subject to the availability of seats, eligibility and by following the age Criteria.

Parents can either submit
or visit the school’s admissions office to express interest in admission.
Meet The Counselor
Parents can schedule a meeting with a counselor to discuss any questions they have about the school. The counselor will provide insights into the school's operations and how it can benefit the child.
Campus Tour
Parents and guardians are invited to take a campus tour of SATTVA Academy to experience the well-designed environment. The campus tour provides a glimpse of the facilities and opportunities available for curricular and co-curricular activities.
Registration
To complete the registration process, parents must visit the school's Admission Office, fill in the registration form, and pay the registration fee of Rs. 500/-. After filling out the form, parents must complete the details and submit a hard copy to the school.
Assessment
Pre-Primary (Nursery, PP I & PP II): Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. No formal admission test is required.
Primary, Middle & Secondary (Class I -IX): Admission is based on the availability of seats. Students must appear for an assessment and selection is based on merit.
Confirmation of Admission
Upon receipt of acceptance of admission, parents must pay the fees within the stipulated date. The following documents should also be submitted:
1. Duly filled Admission Form
2. Copy of Birth certificate of child
3. Copies of Aadhar - both the parents and child
4. Child passport size photos-8
5. Mother passport size photos-4
6. Father passport size photos-4
7. Copy of the Child's Immunization Record
8. Transfer Certificate or Record Sheet from previous school
9. Bonafide Certificate
10. Copy of Progress report of previous school.
11. Copy of legal custody letter (Only if Parents are divorced)
12. Copy of Passport of the Child & Copy of Valid India residence of parents
(Only if Child is non-resident of India)
Parent Orientation Program
Before the start of the new academic year, a parent orientation program is conducted to familiarize parents with the school’s Vision, Mission and Ecosystem.
